The "FL" is indicating that the door has failed to lock or it locked but the control does not sense the door has locked. well logically as superintendent you would be contacting the manufacturer of the machine and getting the details from them or better still the land lord should be getting the details and passing them on to you or have the service agent come in and do the job for you as the cost is a tax deduction for him

There is a 2" L shape hose connected to that drain hole under. You can unclog it using a soft plastic stick. Stick it on to that hole do not force it turn the plastic stick while putting it in. Thare are 2 types of door gasket on that model one has hole in it and the other doesn't. If your original doesn't have a hole, the one that has a hole will work but there is a plug on to that hole. If you mean your laundry sink, then mix 1 cup baking soda and 1 cup vinegar together and pour it into the drain. Let it sit in the drain for a few hours and then flush the drain with hot water. Usually four items are changed. The two bearings , the seal, and the shaft. When you did your first repair the shaft should have been replaced. The reason the noise continues is that the shaft wobble even as minor as it may be ends up beating the new bearings to where they start making noise again. The timer will always advance to the next program if the machine does not fully drain. There is ALWAYS a spin when draining the water out, there is only one pump and one motor. The waterlogged laundry maybe telling the timer that there is still water in the tub. Put the machine on "Spin" and cheat the lid switch into thinking that the lid is closed. Use a clothes peg or wide ended screwdriver and see if there really is a spin....

WASHER WILL NOT START: Power If your washing machine won't start, begin by looking at the power source. First of all, is the washing machine plugged in? If it is, has it tripped a circuit breaker or blown a fuse? Check and reset the breaker (or replace the fuse) if necessary.
