Hi
It is always recommended to use the original cartridges.
However, as you are using G&G cartridges for several months without any
issue then there might be a software or hardware issue. Please make sure that
all the cables are connected firmly from/to the printer. If so then switch off
the printer, unplug all the cables from/to the printer and let it sit without
power for more than ten minutes. Now plug all the cables back and switch on the
printer and print a test page. If the issue is not resolved then uninstall the
printer drivers and reinstalled them from the CD provided with the printer.
