push and hold the heated dry button for 5 secs. then try again

probably the drain pump, access is underneath and to the right of pump housing, the drain hose connects to main housing and the drain motor is right and just behind where hose connects. open door part way for easier access. and use shop vac to remove as much water as possible, then have 2 or 3 bath towels to clean up if you try on your own. local parts house will have drain pump if you take model # with you

try pushing the heated dry then sanitize buttons 4 times. one then the other in quick succesion. all lights should come on,, this is a test and will take about 8 min. let it go thru this and then try your washer. make sure you run hot water at your sink before you wash dishes in the future.

If the hum sound is coming from the bottom panel then it is the moto that has gone bad and needs replacement. However, if you hear the sound from the control then it can be due to a bad relay in the control and it is recommended to replace the control completely. Hi this could be serveral items that will cause this , 1. No water, 2. bad water valve. 3. door latch , 4. Bad controller 5. pump plugged up with foodDose the door latch feel funny , dose it lock correctly ? The latch is always the first thing i look at , check it out some more and get back to me , Frank

Sounds like child lock.
Have you tried holding the button that shows the 3 with the padlock for 3 seconds?

you are most likely referring to item 16 in this diagram. You can order the part and replace it. This is the limiting thermostat which protects the unit from overheating.However the heater thermostat is item 41 in this diagram. this controls the heater temperature.

Take the bottom front cover off and look under the unit. Check the clamps, hoses and for cracks in the plastic drain parts.
