This may work.Remove the BIOS battery for 20 mins, replace the battery and it will return to the factory settings.Go into the BIOS configuration and set the Date & Time.

Make sure you pressed the wireless button. On my durabook it is located to the right of the power button. It should turn green. You can check you network status to see if you are connected, or what wireless networks near you are available. Secured networks need a key.

No Sound, No Volume Control, Mixer not Found, No Sound device installed…etc etc, This is a generic issue with all Windows OS updates....many of the users are facing this issue....this began after an auto update from MS changed many IRQs of Win OS, mainly the Sound and Audio Control system of Windows.
1 - R U facing NO Audio / No Sound issue...?
2 - Is ur Volume Control not responding ?
3 - Is ur Sound and Audio Device in Control Panel Grayed out ?
4 - Do u get a msg "No Active Mixer Devices Installed....when u try to open Volume Ctrl etc etc ?

If ur ans to any one of them is Yes...then u are being spammed by Microsoft....as ur Sound Control IRQ is being frozen by a recent update from Microsoft....
NOTE..THIS…IS…VERY..IMPORTANT...
No file update or any sound driver update can fix it, neither Microsoft is issuing any patch to fix it…or giving any help on this.

to unlock keyboard press fn and F7 or fn and F8 this should unlock it

You've got the F-Lock running. Look for the FN-Lock or F-lock key very carefully on the keyboard.

Change your keybord layout in control panel->regional settings.
Then if still same thn your laptop keybord has issue because anothr usb keybord works fine.
There is not issue with operating system you need to repair your laptop key bord.
If it is warrenty you can use warrenty

Pull the hard drive out, get an EIDE / SATA to usb adapter at a computer retail store. This will allow you to hook up your hard drive to another computer by pluggin it into a usb port. The computer will then read the hard drive as an external drive. You can then access all the files and copy what you want.

The next thing you can do is look for a screen on ebay and buy an lcd panel, On most laptops, there are rubber covers over the attachment screws, then the bezel snaps off the frame. Unplug the inverter on the bottom, remove the tiny screws holding the screen to the sides of the hinge arms, unplug the flat video cable on the back, take the screen away and pop the new one in place.

I read over the solution to the problem by deleting the lower keys in the registry,,restarted and it works fine again,,thank you.
The 1st time I tried it, there was now upper or lower keys because i had uninstalled the driver 1st.

The best way to prolong life of a computer is to blow out dust from the case and cooling fins and power supply regularly, at least every year. That prevents overheating - a primary cause of component failure. Do not overclock. Do periodic full disk backups and intermediate new file ones. Leapfrog between two external disks. They are cheap.
