Jabra BT620 BLUETOOTH STEREO HANDS-FREE HEADSET Headset - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
I have got a Jabra
Does your computer have built in bluetooth? if yes, make sure you press and hold the stereo bluetooth till its steady blue,,not blinking blue. then on your pc, go the bluetooth section in control panel and search for devices. then you should see the Jabra Audio device.click on it to connect to the Jabra and use the passcode 0000.
After it connects, the steady blue should now be blinking blue. Then go to control panel, sound and you should see the Jabra there.Right click on it and click on set as default device. Now play any song and see if you still have it playing in your speakers.Let me know if it works.I have the same Jabra and its really works great.Especially when im working out and dont want no wires around me

Jabra BT620 Microphone dose not work with Soft Phone on My PC
Well, I got the same problem the days before, and after some trying, I've solved.
I'm using the Toshiba bluetooth adapter, too. You see, when you want to make a new connection with your bluetooth device, you may either use the Express Mode or the Custom Mode. Go with the Custom Mode, then, there appears the Jabra BT620. After input the 0000 code, you may select the services from 3 options. There, you can find the headset or hands-free option.
Go with that, than you may have your Jabra BT620 as a microphone!
Good luck!

Jabra BT620s pairs to laptop but unable to switch sound output.
I had this same problem with my sony vaio (vista). But at first for me, after BT enabled the device, I couldnt find it in the device manager. I cycled on and off the headset a couple of times and once my vaio began to automatically connect the device, I was able to locate it in the device manager. Next, I went through the contol panel, hardware/sound, "manage audio devices". Here the bluetooth headset was located. After sucessfully testing the headset, I set it to default. Now whenever I fire up the headset, I have total mobile sound...awesome
