Jabra BT350 Bluetooth Headset Headset - Page 2 Questions & Answers
Wont charge at all
Take the unit apart by heating the colored backing surrounding the on off button with a hair dryer ( this helps loosen the glue). The remove the two screws holding the two halves together. They are tors, but you can file down an eyeglass screwdriver as I did to get them out. Then carefully separate the two halves and find the battery ( big and silver). See the positive and negative markings on the battery? Take a common D cell battery ( I have even done it with AA) and jump your Jabra battery with the D cell being careful to keep the terminals in correct order. It may take two or three times of doing this to get the really stubborn ones to kick in. The jump only takes two or three seconds. Then disconnect the D battery and try to plug your charger in. It should now work fine. If not then give it another jump. Now reassemble your unit in the reverse order and remember to keep charging it every once and a while, or it will happen again. Hope this helps......Taco
Setting up Jabra VBT2050 Bluetooth
I took my husband's suggestion and used 0000 and it worked. My husband claims it is the factory default for all bluetooth headsets. Try it and let us know if it works.

The generic PIN (Which is what I'm guessing you need) for most bluetooth devices is either 0000, or 1234. Please try those and see if that solves your problem.

Jabra BT350 Bluetooth Headset
This is what I did:
1. open the headset by following these steps:
http://www.instructables.com/id/Jabra-BT-350-Disassembly-and-Repair/
2. measure the voltage of the battery. If it is too low, the internal charger circuit may not like it. Mine was 2.6v.
3. Charge the battery "manually" by connecting to 3 serially connected rechargeable batteries (final voltage should be around 3.7v). Three NiMH AA batteries are fine.
4. Reassemble and hope your headset is back to business.

I haven't used my Jabra
well keeping it for long could be the problem here. batteries go extremely down and not even that charger would start it up to a level where it will begin normal charging no matter how long you leave it on charger. The only solution is having some kind of tech dismantle it access the rechargeable battery inside, boost its voltage or jump start it by directly connecting voltage on its terminals for about a minute then put it back. all should work then.
