Jabra BT150 No power

Make sure the charger is in right. If you put it on wrong you will get a faint blue light, when it is in right you will get a BRIGHT BLUE LIGHT. It WILL NOT charge if it is in wrong.

Want to setup new passkey

If you're talking about trying to pair the device to your phone, the default passkey or most mobile bluetooth devices is "0000".

Lost instructions BT150 how to connect to phone?

1. Turn the BT150 on. To do this press and hold the answer/end button until the light flashes blue, then release.
2. Press and hold the answer/end button and the volume up (+) button until you receive solid blue light. This may take up to 10 seconds.
3. Go into the Bluetooth menu on your cell phone and follow the cell phone’s instruction guide for pairing a Bluetooth headset. This generally involves going into a “devices” or “hands free” menu and adding a new device. Your phone may ask if you want to pair with the headset, accept by pressing “yes” or “OK” and confirm with the passkey or PIN 0000 (4 zeros).

Connect jabra to blackberry

1.Press and hold the Multifunction button in the middle of a boom headset while the headset is closed. The light will glow blue.2.Open the boom microphone and the blue light should remain on. If not, repeat step 1.
3.On the cell phone, press Menu > Settings > Connection > Bluetooth > Handsfree > New Device
4.Select BT150 once a connection is detected.
5.The passkey "0000" is now entered to confirm the connection has been made.
6.The cell phone screen will now read "Bluetooth Connection".

Tips:
1.Provided you set the Bluetooth power to "On" after the initial connection has been made, the phone will automatically re-connect to the headset.
2.To set the Bluetooth power on - Press Menu, Select Settings, then Connections, then Bluetooth link, scroll to Setup and select that. Scroll to Power and chose Change. Scroll to On and press Select. The screen should now read "Changed: Power On".
3.Test Your Connection: Close the headset and watch for cell phone to say "Disconnected". Re-open the headset and the phone should be connected automatically and will now display "Bluetooth Connected".

I cannot connect my handset.

Turn on your cellphone's bluetooth, try searching for a new device. If found, select Jabra BT150 and enter default passcode "0000". Nice bluetooth headset, Goodluck.

The passcode 0000 doesnt work

Andreishorik,

From what I have been able to ascertain, the number 1 followed by the last four digits of your phone number...

Example:
Phone Number: 123-456-XXXX
Security/ Pin Code: 1XXXX

where X is the represents the last four digits of your phone number.

How do i reset it?

You may need to reset your Bluetooth devices. Please follow the steps below:

1. Delete BT150 from cell your phone (if listed).
2. Turn your cell phone off completely, and remove battery for 10 seconds. Please consult your phone provider prior to removing battery.
3. Connect the BT150 headset to the charger for 10 seconds, then unplug.
4. Place the battery back into your phone and power your phone on.
5. Remove the headset from the AC cord.
6. Turn off the headset by pressing the answer/end button until the light flashes rapidly, then release.
7. Turn the headset on by pressing the answer/end button until you receive a flashing blue light.
8. Press and hold the answer/end button and the volume plus (+) button until you receive solid blue light. This may take up to 10 seconds.
9. Go into the Bluetooth menu on your cell phone and follow the cell phone’s instruction guide for pairing a Bluetooth headset. This generally involves going into a “devices” or “hands free” menu and adding a new device. Your phone may ask if you want to pair with the headset, accept by pressing “yes” or “OK” and confirm with the passkey or PIN 0000 (4 zeros).

How to conf jabra bt150

switch jabra off. switch cell on. turn bluetooth on. press "right hand" button next to middle button on cell to search for bluetooth devices. Hold down on switch and volume up switch TOGETHER on jabra. The cell then finds the jabra. I couldn't do this before I found Marie's problem below. Thanks for the info Marie!

Jabra BT150 compatibility

Went to Jabra could not find the number you gave for the phone. It is compatible with Nokia phones but does not show this number. Sorry.

There's a 6162 and it is compatible.

Let me know if the number you gave is correct.

Not charging

Hi

the same in my electronics shop.. there only Three causes! 1.defective battery (replace a new one)
2.defective charging terminal (replace a new one)
3.defective Charger (replace a new one)

Trying to pair my N95 to my parott

Which handsfree set do you have?
You can find userguides on the parrott website for several models.
These describe very well how to connect.
Normally you should just activate bluetooth on your n95, search for bluetooth devices and connect to the handsfree set. Password is 1234.

Please post some feedback.

Switching off the headset

You need to hold down the button til it turns off. It takes a couple of seconds.
