It must be a genuine, original, lexmark cartridge otherwise it will always give you problems. the cheaper versions and the refilled cartridges will always give you problems. the originals cost more but they are worth the money

As your query is under the Lexmark X2350 All in One Printer, so I'v provided the download link for the driver for this Model, please note that the Vendors haven't designed the Deice Driver for Windows 7 yet, but they them-self are recommending the Driver of Vista for the use under Windows 7, you can also see this on the target page. Please find the download link below.

the drivers in xp are not the same as win 7 so could be capatably problem

Check that you're not out of "blue" and/or "black" ink.

For example, no "green" on the page means that the printer did not mix "yellow" and "blue".

Also, the "rest" of the test-page should be "black", if any black ink is available.

In some cases, the ink cartridge carrier won't position itself in the middle even when the printer is on and the cover is open. Just unplug the printer from the power source. With the cover open, hold the white tape in the middle inside the printer. The other end of it is connected to the carrier. Gently slide the carrier to the center. Load the cartridges. Close the cover. Plug the printer back to power source. Hope this helps.

Try this. Unplug the power adapter from the printer. The power adapter is the black box behind the printer where the power cord is attached. Make sure the other end is plugged in straight to a known working power outlet in the wall. Bypass any surge device or power strip. Properly secure the power cord in the power adapter. Then plug it back in the printer. Plug it hard and in the correct position. If it won't power on automatically, press the power button. If this doesn't help, I suggest you contact Lexmark Technical Support to further investigate the problem. Thanks.

I'm sorry, but the Lexmark 2350 is not compatible with Windows 7.

I checked some driver links, it Lexmark released some drivers for the supported operating systems like: Windows 2000/2003, Win XP, and Win Vista 32-bit and 64-bit OS.

If Windows 7 is supported, Lexmark will surely release a driver for this OS.

There are Lexmark X2350 drivers available for download in the Lexmark website. Download the software first. I recommend not to plug the Lexmark printer to your computer yet. For the software, just click on this link: http://bit.ly/asi1Fc. Choose the correct driver compatible with your computer's operating system. If you're using Windows 7, you can use the Vista drivers instead. The printer doesn't have Macintosh drivers unfortunately. Download and install the software. Follow the instructions. To uninstall the Lexmark software properly, click on the Windows logo Start menu > Programs > Lexmark Series folder > Tools > Uninstall. Then restart pc. Now, there's no Lexmark X2350 driver specific for Windows 7, however, the Vista driver works with it. First, check your Windows 7 if it's running on 32-bit or 64-bit operating system by clicking on the Windows logo Start menu > right click on Computer > Properties. There are several ways to scan. Place your document face down on the glass. If you have the Lexmark software loaded and running its monitor program, either press the scan button (the second button) on the printer or launch the Lexmark Imaging Studio (Start > All Programs > Lexmark 2300 Series > Lexmark Imaging Studio or double click on the shortcut on the desktop) and click one of the Scan options (pictures or text).

The All-in-one Center will open and you can adjust the scan settings and the destination for the scan. Click Scan Now to scan.

If you have Vista, you can also scan to Paint. In Windows 7, both Paint and Windows Fax and Scan will also acquire scans.

If you have problems, try a new USB cable or connecting to a different port. Scanners require bi-directional communication with the computer and can fail even when the printer works.

(We had a scanner that would preview but not scan due to a bad cable. So it can give an intermittent issue.)

The cyan and yellow print heads are clogged. You can try running print head cleaning cycles on your printer or hydrating the print head with water.

With the cover open, hold the solid white tape in the middle inside the printer. Other end of it is connected to the carrier. Slowly drag the carrier to the center loading position. Lexmark ink - dont substitute ... instructions on the inside of the lid and come with the refill.

1.Try to Head clean utility
2.if even not solved then replace the new color catridge.
