Usually, the constant beeping indicates a problem with a stuck key on the keypad or with the electronic control (clock) board. Sometimes, the beeps indicate an issue with the door closed/locked circuit. Maytag lists the F5 error as a watchdog circuit on the clock assembly control board detecting a problem with the range.
First, try unplugging the range for at least 30 minutes. You may want to check the wiring at the door latch. Also check for a stuck keypad. After that, the solution is to replace the electronic control board and send it off for repair. You may want to consider replacing the appliance. It is expensive and the oven of your range won't be available during the repair. The parts diagram is available at Sears Parts Direct,
https://www.searspartsdirect.com/model-number/cre9800ace/3048/0124111.html . The clock is part 14 on the Control Panel diagram and has a substituted RFR-CCS part number. This means that new replacement electronic controls are not available.
I wish that I had better news for you.
