Hello,
I had a similar problem with my battery going dead in my Logitech mouse. There was a "aa" battery located under the rear top cover. it's the part that has the Logitech logo on it. You simply press the button underneath the mouse @ the back that has a LOCK symbol on it & lift off the cover. Put in a new battery & you should be good to go.

just see the bottom side of the receiver. you will fin a hole. clean the hole by blowing in the air. if this didnt work lust open the receiver(be careful not to break it, use plastic card or credit card on the side to open the hooks) and put 2 drops of white petrol on that part and leave it for one minute, then wipe it with cotton.

cheers...

i was also having the same problem but solved it with the help of logitech tchnical department...

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver burron and then press the button on the mouse. This should be fdone when ever you change batteries or glitch. Hope this helps you. Bud

This is sort of general but it just may help.
Make sure your batteries are in correctly.
Make sure the transmitter dongle is in the USB.
Look on the transmitter and the mouse and keyboard
itself (bottom) for a little tiny button that says connect
or reconnect. Move the mouse about six inches away from
the transmitter and press both the transmitter and the mouse.
That should reestablish the signal twixt the two.(or three KB)
