Logitech Cordless Mouse Questions & Answers
Hi! I own a Logitech
given that the microgear function is a very tight mechanism, it is probably a small alignment issue. I would open it back up and check the push button seating and the connecting parts inside where it 'flips the switch'.
I'm not sure if it is mechanical or digital; it feels mechanical. if so, it is very sensitive to that alignment. if digital, governed by a micro-switch on the circuit board, then check the board for any damage done during the cleaning of trash in the edges of the micro-switch socket preventing it from operating.

Hi. I have Logitech Wave
The new receiver may have been made for just a wireless mouse, not a mouse and keyboard.
If so, you probably won't get it to work.

My batteries won't recharge.
Without knowing how long you have been using the mouse it's hard to say. But, my first guess would be that it is time to change the battery. Rechargeable batteries don't last forever.

Just bought a new M305
Are there other wireless devices nearby that could be interfering with the signal? Is there a button on the USB dongle and the mouse that can be pressed so the two receivers can locate each other?

Logitech cordless mouse freezes. I am using
Hi,
Firstly, what browser you use has nothing to do with mouse operation.
Also, if it is a cordless mouse then there is no cable connection.
Secondly, there were always problems with mouse operations in XP depending on the make of the mouse.
Do not (out of frustration) hit the enter key repeatedly, as this may do more harm than good to your computer.
Check that the mouse battery is good.
Check that the usb connector to the computer is clean.
If you have a setup CD for the mouse, try reinstalling it.
Yu can if you feel confident go into Device manager and renew or remove the mouse driver and then allow the computer to detect it agian, however unless you know how this may not be the better option.
Cheers

Needs a user manual
No you don't :) this is a very basic wireless generic mouse.
All you need to know is where is the on/off switch, plug the USB receiver on front panel of your PC, and replace batteries when empty.
