Wireless mouse not working

This is sort of general but it just may help.
Make sure your batteries are in correctly.
Make sure the transmitter dongle is in the USB.
Look on the transmitter and the mouse and keyboard
itself (bottom) for a little tiny button that says connect
or reconnect. Move the mouse about six inches away from
the transmitter and press both the transmitter and the mouse.
That should reestablish the signal twixt the two.(or three KB)

If i do not get any usb reciever of wireless mouse then can i buy it from an other company

If it's a bluetooth mouse or a logitech unifying mouse then you can find a receiver elsewhere (not sure if the unifying receiver is ever sold separately). Other than that the wireless stick for each mouse is pre-paired with that mouse and I don't think you can get replacements even from the manufacturer. Logitech What is Unifying

How do i replace a

Hi,

I do have a Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard as well its model is EX100. If this is the first time you are replacing the batteries then here are the steps:
  1. Slide the top cover of the mouse downwards.
  2. You need to press it down slightly to unlock the cover.
  3. Replace the batteries
  4. Put the cover back in
  5. If the mouse does not respond after replacing the old batteries press the Connect button underneath it
Here is the link for the detailed manual for Logitech's EX100 mouse and keyboard.

However if you have a different model, click the link below and select the model you have and click on "Changing the battery on my (Logitech mouse model)"
http://www.logitech.com/en-roeu/support-downloads/downloads/mice
If this doesn't help you, I will continually check on this and if you can provide the model of your mouse, the better. Thank you for choosing FixYa! Enjoy!
