The sensor is not repairable. You need to check to see if it's bad and replace it if it is or look elsewhere for the problem. Should measure around 1,100 ohms at room temperature

The service manual does not specify where, but on previous service calls, we find them usually in the back of the range, behind the metal back panel. This has gone bad. yea sounds like an issue for sure, nut not with the element but hte switches instead, theres a short in one or the other( most likely the dual switch) i wouls reccomend replacing both the switches, the elemenst should be fine.
