I have an electric Gemini
Hi
The oven is not entering the clean cycle as it is not detecting the door/s locked. Check the continuity of door switch, if continuity is present then check the wiring of door latch assembly with control panel. Try and reset power to the oven and check, if this doesn't help then you would need to check the thermostat for continuity. Hope this helps... Please post back if you need more information.

I would like to know,
Hello there and thank you for choosing fixya
You are correct on the sensors needing replaced but i would first see if you can inspect the wiring for these because they have a tendency of comming lose and giving faulty readings and error codes expecially if grease is allowed to coat the sensors so be sure to clean them really well ok then check it out again ok?
Best regards Mike
The lower oven only heats to 200 degrees or less.
Hello & Welcome to FixYa
This indicates a open/shorted oven temperature sensor and to solve this problem the sensor needs replacement. If you wan to be sure before replacing the sensor then you can test it with a voltmeter for around 1100ohms....if it reads more then this then it needs replacement however, if the reading is around or less then 1100ohms then it is the control board that needs replacement. However, I believe it is the sensor as the problem is only with bottom oven. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

Both ovens and clock are not working
F1 error usually signifies a broken touchpad or clock assembly or both. I would start with replacing the clock assembly as this is the most common cause of the F1 series error. If it does not resolve the issue you may have to replace the touch pad as well.
Good Luck,
Sai.

My maytag gemini duel oven
To fix the error F1-2, check the wire harness between your oven sensor mounted to the back wall inside your lower oven and your control board to make sure the wires are secure and the connections are good. Pull the oven out and remove the back panel on the oven to check the wires connections. If the connections and wires check good, disconnect the wire connection to the oven sensor and check the resistance of the sensor. The resistance should be 1100 ohm at standard room temperature. If the sensor is not good you need to replace it, and if the sensor checks within range replace the display control board.
Keep us updated.
I have a maytag gemini
yes you can order it,it's around 200 dollars, and it's a little work to do this, when you call your parts store give them the full model number off of the machine, the part number i found is 5706X371-09 and it's around 200 dollars but 10 models came up and this seems to match all of them but you might have a different color so check when you buy it.
Top oven not baking correctly. The bottom element
How proficient are you with electrical wiring and electronics?
Just as a test to see if both elements are working, very carefully use a very damp (almost but not quite dripping) to touch the elements when the oven is just turned on. My problem was with the lower heating element, it was not heating. You have to do this before the oven heats because everything will be hot then.
After verifying it was not heating, I unplugged the oven and opened the back panel. I removed the leads from the malfunctioning heating element, attached the alligator leads of my volt meter, plugged the oven back in and turned oven on at 100 deg F; this will establish a potential. I measured voltage and got 26 VAC when I should have had ~240 VAC.
I swapped the orange and tan leads and saw the top element not work and the bottom did. Looking at the wiring diagram, I traced the problem to a relay on the control panel.
At this time I don't know yet if I can find a switch to replace the defective relay or if I need to replace the whole control panel. I sure hope I can replace the relay because the control panel will be ~$300.
How do I remove the upper ovens bake element?
There is a plate on the back wall, inside the oven. Take the screws out that hold that plate on . next take theelement out of its clips and pull the element gently towards the front of the stove. You dont have to move it very far and you will see the wires on the ends of the element. They are held on the element with screws. Loosen them and remove element. Reinstall new element in reverse order and make sure not to push insulation back too far. PLEASE TURN BREAKER OFF AT PANEL OR UNPLUG STOVE FIRST Hope this helps you out Good luck!!
When ever I try to clean oven F-9 error comes up
when I used my self clean feature it got so hot that it burned out the sensor and I got the same symptoms you are describing. The sensor is inside the oven behind a two screw plate. take the plate off and un-plug the sensor and replace
