Logitech Traveller (980399-0403) Wireless Headset - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Hooking my device to my
The headset you have is a bluetooth model. In order for you to connect this headset to your computer, you'll have to have a bluetooth connection on your computer.
If you don't have it, you'll have to purchase an adapter.
If you do, sync up the device to your computer and tell Windows to use the headset as the default speaker/microphone.
Usually, the headset won't have the capability to do this, but it just might.

Logiteh wireless headset
Unfortunately thats the side effect of bluetooth technology and battery design. These lithium or NI-MH batteries have a few hundred to thousand cycles and then burn out like a neutron star..
So there comes another environment landfill / recycle issue..
Try a full discharge until you totally run out of juice, recharge it again...IT may work for a few more weeks or more..

Logitech problem
Resell It on EBAY
Sell it to me,
Third, to pair to your phone
1) Make sure the earset is charged fully overnite.
2) Turn on your bluetooth function in Phone.
3) Turn on your earset and keep pressed for about 10 or longer seconds until it becomes solid blue and not any blinking versions. This is the pairing mode.
4) Go to the blue tooth menu in phone and try to discover this ear piece.
5) Enter 0000 as passscode and the phone should get paired up.
6) If it says successfully paired , then go ahead to configure how to turn on blue tooth and automatically configure // trust // and connect to the Logitech bluetooth earset.
7) Now enjoy this ..
Beware ; When the ear peice in your pocket or hangbag, if the buttons get pressed in a way it dials out the last number called , then un-intentionally all you conversation you thought might be private or sensitive in nature will be heard by the the person answering your phone , or worse even it goes to their voice mail,, all your scoop is recorded by the modern phone voice mails...
So Be care full and save some embrassment or OOPS , got me with pants down moment...

Broken Flexible Flip Clip
I broke mine, and called the company. They sent me a new one. It took two calls to get it, because for some reason the first person never sent the request on to the out going mail department. No charge to me, either.

Hi,
I have just bought
Start on the Mac side by checking your sound input preferences. Do this by selecting under the apple pull down menu: System Preferences. Then get to the screen where you see all preferences icon's shown and select Sound. Once in the Sound preferences, select Input. Where is says "Select a device for sound input:" It is probably set to USB audio device since that worked for you. Look for Bluetooth Audio Device or similar name for your headset and select it. Speak into the h760 and adjust the input volume, you should see the input level go up when you speak. If not, your H760 bluetooth device is not properly paired. If your device does not show up, back up to the System Preferences page and select Bluetooth and follow instructions there. If that all is working but does not work in Parallels, inspect Parallels for Sound Input options and try to find your bluetooth device. Also check Windows sound input control panel to see that bluetooth is selected.
Hope this helps.
