they don't really make replacement parts for these, its not profitable just a small piece of plastic, you would have to create your own from metal or similiar, or use the keyboard without the feet, or replace the whole keyboard.

not sure what you need to know. when you press print screen it takes a picture of your screen. and saves it to your clipboard.open paint or word and select paste on a new document to see and print the screen picture

Replace the keyboard. I have been seeing this board specifically have input failures. For what ever reason the input point on the board has too thin of copper receivers bridging them to the input control unit and it burns out easily. Known faulty units.
