1st pass, go into the settings (the gear icon) amd make sure that wi-fi is turned on. I don't recall mine doing that but that was a couple of tablets (several years) ago. 2nd pass, if the wi-fi is on, make sure it is seeing your wi-fi hub (router). 3rd pass, if the wi-fi is on and you can log into the router with another machine (like a laptop or smart phone) then it's time to get it replaced and hope the warranty is still in effect. If the warranty has expired, go onto ebay or Amazon and get a real tablet. iRulu was my first tablet and I consider it to have been a piece of junk. Definitely not worth even the small price I paid for it.

Have you put batteries in the keyboard? If it's a bluetooth keyboard then you need to let it charge for a few hours

Empty the cache in Playstore. This should fix it. If not then delete your google account, then put it in again. That should solve it.

Go to settings >applications >running and force close UHD player and camera. If they don't show up there click menu and show cached processes. If not try a factory reset but backup everything first.

Si i think your sound driver is not installed you should cheak ur drivers

"Out of Range" means you aren't near a hotspot. If you have a home wireless network, move closer to the wireless access point. If you are out and about, just get closer to an open wireless connection.(i.e. Starbucks Coffee Shop)

Did you attempt to root the tablet or install a different bootloader? If so, try again because it hasn't worked. If not, something has been corrupted, try to do a factory reset. Normally achieved by turning the power off, then turning the power back on while holding the home key and either the volume up or down button until you see an android.
If you factory reset you lose everything. So if the option is there, first try the to clear the cache and dalvik cache.
BTW, did you try the reset button on the edge of the case? Stick a pin in it. Try that first.

It sound like your network connection is no active. If the device is new, try a factory reset and start over. Otherwise, of you can access settings check the WiFi settings. Forget the network and then reconnect.
