F3 is a failure in the oven sensor circuit. That circuit being from the ERC outlet pin to the harness, to the sensor and back to the ERC return pin. Could be a bad sensor that is failing under heat conditions, or possibly a connection that is failing as the unit heats and it expands. The temp of the sensor at room temp is 1050-1100 0hms and goes up 100 ohms for every 50 degrees from there. If you can get it to fail, and ohm it out, you will know for sure. I will tell you a sensor is a heck of a lot cheaper then an ERC and is more likely the culprit. Here is the sensor to order.

Must be a bad oven control. Looking at the wiring diagram I see a hot wire from the power terminal to the fan and onwards into the ovencontrol. Must be a fried relay on that control board. Number 13 and 22 is the parts I suspect.13 is the ignitor which even if it glows could be weak, It must pull at least 3.5 amps to open the gas safety valve. The spark module(number 22) could also be weak and not putting out enough juice to light them burners. Seen it. I see you have two different problems, one for the display you would have to change your clock, and because you did not give me a complete model number I can't get you the part number you need (four different colors possible on this model). Second, when an oven ignitor becomes weak it can extend cooking times and cause the same problems you have, also if you oven sensor is defective or has oven cleaner n it can cause temperatures to be erratic. I will and can help you but need a complete model number to get you more information. Located left or right side of storage drawer when its pulled out along the frame rails.

Hi,

Electronic ovens with a digital display use a sensor to monitor oven temperature. To solve temperature problems for these models, you need to replace the sensor. On some digital-display models, you can calibrate the temperature using the key pad. See your operator's manual for details.

Ovens without a digital display often use a mechanical system for controlling temperature. On many of these units, you can remove the thermostat knob and adjust the knob itself to more accurately represent the actual setting of the thermostat.

When you remove the knob, there's a screw on the back of it with a small calibration plate, you can loosen the screw, adjust the plate, and then tighten the screw again. If the knob isn't adjustable, and the oven temperature is off by more than 30 to 40 degrees, you need to replace the thermostat to solve the problem.

I have the same problem ive replaced the safety valve and the heating element on the bottom. go to bellparts.com and type your model number in and look at the wiring diagram i think it has to do with the red wire going to the terminal block or it can be the contactor on the terminal block it self good luck let me know if you get yours fixed

The problem is usually the igniter not reaching the correct amp draw .When the igniter does not reach the correct amp draw it may allow the gas valve to partially open or not open at all. The igniters are inexpensive and easy to replace. There is a video at http://appliancehelponline.com/gasoventroubleshootvideo.html this will walk you thru the correct procedure for performing this test. It may be a different model but the testing will be the same.You can also enter your model # for diagrams and illustrations of your specific model. Not all models are available. All parts come with installation instructions.

Press BAKE pad.
Enter 550 on the digit-pad.
Immediately press and hold BAKE
pad for 3 seconds.
Oven can be adjusted from -35 to +35
degrees in 5-degree increments by
pressing AUTOSET pad. To avoid
over adjusting the oven, move
temperature 5 degrees each time.
Wait 4 seconds for the data entry
timer to expire to accept the change.
