put in kitchen sink with hot hot water over night, with dish washing liquid. preferbly when kitchen is not being used. (After dinner time) drain then spray with mr muscle oven cleaner give it about an hour, then scrub the **** out of them with a stainless steel goldilocks. Rinse then soak in hot water again for 20 minutes then drip dry. After use when cooking always clean any mess left behind. Wipe down so it is easier for you to wash when needed.

The ignitor is likely shorting out. Either the ignitor, or wires to the ignitor or the switch is bad. They should come fix it for free since it is under warranty. Even if a tech from the manufacture has to come out, it is under warranty so it should still be free. Partselect,com has the parts, diagrams, and more for your unit.

twist the burner to releace them . remove all 4 and the screws around the sides the lift top .. cook tops have to be completly disambled . for service .. mm

Also from the gas supply from house to cooktop it should go like this.

gas valve
gas line
regulator
then cooktop

Take the burners out, then take a needle and stick in the small hole where the gas comes thru.

Don't leave the oven unattended without turning off power to the oven. Relay board: Some ovens are equipped with a relay board. This circuit board has several relays which control the switching of electrical current to the oven heat source. If the oven won't turn off it may be that one or more of the relays on the relay board have failed. If this happens replace the relay board. The relays on the board are not sold separately. ALSO CHECK THE BAKE AND BROIL ELEMENT.

First it could be leaking from the control knob when it is on . There could be a leak at the base off the burner letting out gas or on the burner line . You need to get back on to your installer or where you purchased the cook top . This basic gas fitting leak detection .

Tammy have you checked the circuit breaker at the electrical panel of your home. Do the panel lights come on? If they do and the rest is off then it will need service.
