remove sim and memory
and also battery

Your phone is clearly having an LCD problem. The best thing that you can do is to full charge the battery and see if anything changes with the battery fully charged.
If it is still in negative colour even if the battery is fully charged, then you need to tighten the LCD screw and see if anything changes. If not, then the LCD needs to be replaced. You need to service your phone to a repair shop because it needs a special star screw driver to tighten or replace the LCD.

First of all, is the main screen on your phone working? If it is, you can change the offline mode from there, all you have to do is to press the power on/off button from there and scroll down from the direction button, then you press the middle button of the navigation button, that selects option for you.
But if you cannot see anything on the outer and inner screen, then it means you will have to navigate blindly, it is simple, turn off the phone by pressing and holding the power off/on button and turn it back on, then you press the power off/on button once, scroll down once, and select the option, that way your phone will be out of offline mode.
The problem with your phone that is not allowing the screen to work is that the flex of the phone is weak and not being able to connect the phones information to the screen. Once it is fixed, that should do the job for you.

That can be a software bug. Try a general reset of the phone and see if this problem is back. If it is, do a Operating System update with a cable and Nokia Suite software. Your PC must be connected to internet.
