Turn off unit, hold down soft reset, turn unit back on, turn on unit

Do hard reset. Turn off, hold down soft reset, turn back on, release soft reset

Digitizer is toasr. Time for a new unit.

Turn unit off. Press soft reset. Holding it down, turn it bsck on.

Go to Preferences, then general, then Digitizer.

You need to recalibrate the digitizer.

It will ask you to tap in two opposite corners, then at a target in the center of the screen.

Hi - I discovered by trial and error that I can't use the keyboard in Notepad but I can use it in Memos, therefore problem solved.

You Might Have To Press It With Your Fingers Not Your Nails. Some Touch Screen Phones Are Heat Sensitive Not Pressure Sensitive.

Its because ur internal memory battery is dead or no charge so please keep the unit charge in all possible ways for about 2 hours. Some palm tops have base stand and a seperate place on the base stand to charge the normal battery. So make sure u leave the unit for charge for a longer period of time say 5 hours.

mmm.. press reset with the edge of your stylus and center joystick button together at the same time, for about 5 seconds. that action will erase all data and restore your device to factory settings.

clean the touch screen and go under the edges w/ a bankcard to remove any dirt.
then do a hard reset -- worked for my z22

Take out the battery and any memory card or accessories . Use a hair dryer on low heat around the buttons, any openings and battery compartment for a few minutes.

Repeat the step 3 times and then leave it in warm dry place overnight..with any luck it should start working again.

Well, seeing as everything else is working, you may just have a broken connection needing to be fixed. Either you or someone with electronics expertise can find this broken connection (unless the screen is cracked, then the screen needs to be replaced) and the connection can be repaired either by replacement or by fixing the part, depending on the part broken. This can only be determined by physically opening the device which I recommend someone with previous electronic skills to perform or your provider. Let me know how this turns out.

You may have to clear everything up to today with Purge.

I had this problem in the very beginning and a few times after. What worked is the following.
Put it to charge for at least half an hour. You won't see it is charging or anything.
Then, while connected to the charger, press the reset button.
Have you guys tried it like this already?

click the top of the home page and select properties. uninstall the customised programs and completely take out anything you don't want. you will find it were you usually free up memory space

You may perform hard reset make sure your important data backed up. Full hard reset will resolve the issue if software related.
