Possible a settings problem
Check your ISO and white balance settings. You could go into the setup menu and go to "reset". This would get your camera back to factory defaults.
When it is turned on it beeps 3 times and then
Problem could be a bad battery. The beeps you're hearing could be a signal that power is low or almost dead. Assuming that your charger and the power/outlet in your house is fine, you could take a chance by buying a generic battery on the web. E-bay.com is a great source and usually they are pretty cheap. Try going to E-bay and type in your brand and model along with the word battery. By the way, I do not endorse E-bay nor am I affiliated in any way with the site or any of it's vendors. I just know they have many items such as the one you might need.
Good luck!

All the buttons work on
Hi there
One possibility is that the memory is full from previous photos and it won't accept any new images until some space is freed-up. It should show how many images have been taken out of how many. If this is the case, please remove some images and try again.
If that doesn't help, does the camera attempt to focus at all when you press the button gently (but not all the way)? Do you get ANY indication or border or frame on the LCD screen (if any) that it at least sensed your press/touch?
Also, try connecting it to a power cord. Does it work then?
Another thing, if you enable the flash to definately flash when you take a picture, do that, and try taking a picture. Did the flash at least work? Did the picture also get taken?
These are just some suggestion I'd like you to try. Please do get back to me with all of the above. I really hope I can get it working for you again.
Best regards

The lens won't open/close and it beeps three times
the camera was last on the batteries were either extremely low, or they died and lens could have been kinda off track a little when it happened so it got stuck that way….Put in new batteries and If you lay the camera flat facing up at you and you look down and lens looks a little crooked….Push it slightly in the direction it needs to go to get back on track and when you hear the pop noise it’s fixed. Then when you turn the camera on if it stays on attempt to zoom in and out and the lens will then get back on track…and then TUrn it off and the lens should go back in

Wont turn on
Hey there- I took my camera into the repair shop, and literally all the problem that my camera was having was that some sand and fine silt had gotten stuck in the part that moves in and out (pardon the lack of technical term here). So, after giving it a good cleaning, it works like a charm. Perhaps that will help, if you've taken the camera on vacation or use it outdoors a lot. Good Luck!
Wont turn on
