Is there a save settings button in the software, or perhaps a save settings function in the menu or preferences? Look for something similar to "Save settings."

i put mine alphabetical by cutting and pasting it into a folder. then sorted files in alphabetical then pasted them into my mp3. i keep getting new songs so i dont bother anymore...

Can you please try resetting the unit by pressing in the reset hole with a point object?

i dont think you can download a video on your mp3 because mp3 are only for music, the application of video is different to mp3 or wav. If your using MP4 that would be really necessary can download a video format.

You need to turn on your mp3 and press connect to computer then the computer will verify it.

the video for the yepp yp-t7f has to be converted too ASF form most 98 or above video converters have
this type of app..

download them on limewire or frostwire and drag them to  your videos file

In this case wat u can do is on the Mp3 player itself u will see a slide switch which will 
say Hold/Unhold or Lock/Unlock............ Just make sure it is not Locked or On Hold and then try to turn it on......... Good Luck....... Take Care

it may have a reset button, sometimes a tiny little hole that you use a paper clip to push it with. but first check the manual or online for such a button.

Hi, it looks like something messed up the firmware of the mp3. You might want to have a look at this site http://monitors.free-driver-download.com/Samsung/14240/Samsung-172T-Black-Silver-Monitor-Driver-1.0-Windows-2000-XP.html and scroll down till you see your model number and the OS of your PC. Seems like you need to upgrade the firmware for this device. Please go to this link.... http://www.samsung.com/support/productsupport/download/index.aspx ....select your device model; download the firmware You would get the operating instructions on the downloaded file. Its easy. cheers
