Hi!
You can plug your player into the USB port on your computer. Once it is detected, you can browse it as a normal Mass Storage device. You should be able to see all music files from there and delete or add up more songs to the player.
Good luck!

Mp3 player comes on but screen is white

Hi,

A white screen is usually a good indicator of a loose or bad connection connection as opposed to a failed screen. The problem here is that you will need to open the unit to troubleshoot this. If you feel confident in doing so you can check that the lead to the screen has not worked loose from the board to cause the problem.

The other thing to try is a reset. This is done by holding the power button in for 20 seconds or longer. Then release the button and the unit will restart. This may be enough to get the screen working.

If not there is a loose or failed connection or other hardware failure I am afraid.

Thanks for using Fixya.

How do you turn it off?

Just press and hold the Power / Menu button on the right hand side, I believe the top, of the player. Hold it in a few seconds and it should turn off. Also if it is not turning off just take off the battery door on the back of the unit and take out the batteries for a few seconds. Then just go ahead and replace them and this will restart the unit.

Please make sure you rate my answer 4 thumbs up, it is extremely important to me. I would be forever grateful if you could do so. If you need more help on this question please just respond to my answer here and I will get right back to you.

Thanks
Tim
