Monitor says "Out of Range"

This normally happens when display resolution is changed to higher resolution and cannot be compatible/displayed by monitor. Either plug in another monitor and lower down resolution or Press F8 and go to advanced boot option and start your computer in safe mode and try changing display resolution. If it still doesn't works and you have the drivers for you display adapter (video card) then uninstall display adapter from device manager by booting in safe mode. Once you get to normal boot mode reinstall drivers for display adapter.

My Sceptre monitor x20wg-nagall\r\npower light

first check the cable ...there can be always something wrong with them ...second..to be sure that the monitor is to blame ...hook another one to the computer and see if it works...also ...you may tell this if the actual logging sound is heard when you open it ...but even in this case the computer nay be ok ..and you just messed up the video card ...setting s..or the video-card itself....so ..either trying another monitor(even an old one ..just to see if it is th monitor to blame or the computer ) or try the monitor in another computer ...(if you have a laptop you can hook it as second monitor ,, and press Fn -F4 to activate it ..)
i fthemonitor turns up to be ok ...the issue is in the video card ...
first open and see if the card is proper inserted in the slot...push it down a little ..or get it out and insert it again ) ..if this will not brink it back ...try the on board card ...if the computer has one ...but for this to work you have to remove the pci one ..) ...there may be the case thet you tried some settings that the computer do not support on the card ..and now you will actually need to insert in the on board card ...and remove the video driver ..insert the other card again ...and reinstall the driver ...I did had this kinda problem with a video card ..and I meesed some settings on it ..and it shows up black after reboot..removing the driver it was te only way out than ...and my lack was tat I had a on board card ...if you do not ...and the monitor seam ok ...you will have to try to reinstall it ..I mean the computer ..
