What is the password for hitachi HTS545025B9A hard drive

The password is your responsibility. If you forgot that's a bad mistake, or if it's belongs to someone else ask them.

How to get master password for hitachi hard drive

Wow, why don't you know the password? I'm not calling you a thief, but 99% of the time when you encounter a computer that has a lock on the hard drive and the person in possession of the computer does not know the password, the computer is stolen. The original owner puts a lock on it to keep thieves from getting to sensitive data.

My computer has no problem

During the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key to enter setup

Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS the scroll down to advanced bios features press enter change your first boot device to cd,press escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart

(note after you have loaded the operating system you must go back and change the first boot device to your hard drive)

The BIOS is AMI. Under ADVANCED SETUP:
The options listed for 1st,2nd ,3rd Boot device include:

IDE-0 means Pri master ?
IDE-1 means Pri slave ?
IDE-2 means Sec master ?
IDE-3 means Sec slave ?

?

master with slave ::'::

???????????????? slave? :::':

note the plastic jumper is ' located at the rear of the hard drive next to the IDE/SATA lead/s

?

One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle or to shutdown or fail to detect your hard drive

Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA

the leads from your motherboard to your hard drive make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them there probably old and faulty

?

hope this helps

How to download the driver

I am not familiar with Linux but have you checked your Bios to see if Sata Hard Drive is recognized in there??? Most of the time you have to set the bios to recognize a Sata drive because 90% of Hard Drives are still IDE and most bios software is still recognizing the IDE drives. I know I had to reset everything on my Motherboard and Bios when I changed over from an IDE to SATA Hard Drive.

When I connect USB it system detects the hard drive but could not

Try it on another computer and see if you can open it up there. If it's still showing as 0 bytes then it's obviously a problem with the usb drive.

If it's a thumb drive (or some other solid state storage) then you're probably going to have to look into a data recovery service as they're going to have to remove the memory chips to access the information.

If it's an external case with a hard drive inside it then the best bet would be to open up the case and pull the drive out. Try connecting the drive to a computer (make sure the computer is off, then turn on) that way or through another external case. Be careful though, if the drive is making any funny noises or clicks then you could be damaging it and you'll need to again, take it somewhere for data recovery, also if the drive is not spinning at all (it's easy to tell) then you'll have to take it in. There's a chance it'll work fine though and your external might just be bad

My burner is not working

This sounds to me like your CD/DVD is borked,& you need a new one, sorry.. Ya see, really the only way ya can "see" if it is OK, or not, is to try another one... to isolate the problem. They break down quite commonly I have found. If you are unable to do this, then it's off to the repair shop.. As I always say in these cases get a firm "Quote" and an explanation of repair.
