Hi! The solution to your problem is Three fold.

First make sure that your Camcorder is in the Disc Navigation mode to be able delete your required scene. When the camcorder is in the play back mode the delete scene won't appear.

The second situation is to check if your scene is not locked because if it is locked you are not able to delete it.
Supposing that your scene is not locked then check what type of DVD disc you have. The discs labelled DVD Ram, DVD+RW, and the Card can be deleted. The DVD-RW can be deleted only when in VR mode and not the VF mode. Other types of discs like the DVD R can not be deleted.

Another way of deleting a scene after it has been recorded on a disc that's not deletable is to transfer the recorded scene to a computer disc and then edit it off.

You can recoverlost photos,videos from memory card or memory stick of your camcorder withthis
1. Do not save any new photos and videos into the memory card or memory stick.
2. Connect the memory card or memory stick with computer. You should see itshown as a drive letter (like H:) in My Computer.
3. Download memorystick recovery software, recommended one is Tenorshare Data Recovery(simply because i was using it and it worked)

Go and buy a disk cleaning disk. They sell them at best buy.

Eject button spring may cut & thats why its not working. its a hardware damaged.

A picture of the broken area would help but if you are mechanically gifted you could make one but if you have the pieces, you may be able to weld them together with the likes of solder wick and melting the wick (very small copper braid) into the plastic with a small soldering iron. In either case you will have to partly dismantal the case to remove and reasemble the brocken button. You have to hold the braid in place with a knife blad or small pliers while it is cooling. There is some skill involved. Glue the plastic first if it helps to hold it together before melting the wick into it. Nail polish help to prevent oxidation of the copper.

This only happens if disc is not finalized because camera can play its own recorded raw files but other players wont.
Make sure to finalize mini dvd disc in camcorder and try again.

try leaving it plagged in over night.

Please format memory card by going to camera Menu options in
DZ-BX35E and try.
If problem still exist, then memory card slot could be damaged.
Check new memory card in other camera to verify that card is OK.

You I bought also this piece of junk full of craft. The dvd disk can be read in my my but not in my pc. It cant be hook also in the PC. Dont buy it you will regret.

if you dont have the cd you should find a driver file to recognize your laptop and use it for transfering videos to your computer. if you find one then install it after that its ready to use. if you have other question just ask me thanks! hope that helps!
