My mp3 says
What has happened is that the hard drive in the mp3 player has been damaged and is unable to work anymore and it has to either be replaced or just buy a new one.
My usb flash drive cannot
is there a little tiny switch on the drive on the of it. if so turn it the other way then it is. It will be a tiny little thing so look for anything that might move on the usb flash drive
I have a pen drive
There should be a small sliding clip on the side of your removable memory. Slide it to the unlock position.
How to remove write protect on my usb flash drive
Maybe you are infected with a virus. Run CMD on rrun command or get to run the Windows Dos Prompt. Goto flash drive drive letter. Then type DIR/AH, this will show you list of hidden files in your flash drive usually if you get an autorun.inf you are infected with a virus. Type TYPE AUTORUN.INF with the space in between.This will show you the script if it will run an exe command usually untrusted one. Usually the autorun.inf and the linked exe is attributed to be hidden, system, and read only.
If the files in your flash drive is not so important you can try to delete the autorun.inf only. But you will gonna do this first. In its drive letter type ATTRIB -H -R -S AUTORUN.INF hit enter. Then type DEL AUTORUN.INF. trying to access the flash drive in windows screen you can get that something is cannot be found. But you could actually delete and load files into it. Or try to access the drive rightclicking it then select EXPLORE.

There is a reset button on the device, press it to reset the device. Check the batteries, and make sure they are in correctly, and have a full charge. If that does not work, then you are looking at a more serious issue and may need to replace the device.
Cannot get my ILO to
Remove the battery from the unit and hold the power button down. Replace the battery and try the unit. If it does nto turnon, replace the battery with new ones. If this does not work, buy a new unit becasue these are cheaper to replace than fix.
How do you delete songs
if you have windows
just hook it up to the computer with a usb cord and a message box will come up and say a bunch of stuff just click on 'open folder to view files' and there will be a list of everything that your mp3 can do (music, videos, pics, etc) open the music folder and there will be a list of all your songs find the one you want to get rid of and right click snd press 'delete' hope i helped good luck
ps. if when you plug it in it the message box doesnt apear go to 'computor' and the file should be called F:// if it isnt just look for something like that it does not have to have the same letter (f)
DONT ACCEPT ILO MY PC
I had a bad thumb-drive that wouldn't be read bya any computer.It worked when I plugged in a a USB expansion-port.
Very likely this won't help as you seem to say that the software is incompatible with your PC. Try plugging in before you boot up.

insert pen drive in safe mode. opern RUN from START menu. type : "FORMAT <drive letter>: /X /FS:NTFS" without quotes and press enter. drive letter is the pen drive.

you mean you can't format your usb flash disk becuase it is write protected?
usually the most cause of that trouble is bad contacts.. the usb cored..or even check the connection.maybe it is lose or bad contact..check also the memory card for bad contacts.. if symptoms persist, go to a qualified personel to fix that problem..
