Maybe you can check at the end of the music file and make sure they are no other extension. Also, it could be that the mp3 files are encoded into a higher or lower codec which your device cant read. Check properly the files you download.

Alright i have the same player no probelm at all (i guess because of psp) anyways just make a folder called "VIDEO" and another called "PHOTO" and "E-Book" and "MUSIC" all without the quotation marks.

If you found the player it means you don't have the cable to sync it with your PC. Go buy one and you'll be able to sync it. There's no propietary software involved, it's just drag and drop.

Yeah there is quite often a hidden folder called trash, or trash/501 or something similar. I think its just a precaution to stop you deleting an importnat song or file by accident
To access this folder you need to double click your player in the my computer section of explorer, this will give you a folder view of your player , as I said earlier look through the folders for a trash folder of something similar
sometimes its greyed you but you can still click it, it may help from the my computer screen to go to Tools>Folder Options>Click the view tab then click by Show hidden files and folders

Hi i'm having a big problem with my mp3 player its a sylvania smpk4068 mp3 player and a message keep coming up when i click on removable disk and it say please insert disk g

Possibly the battery is shot, or the ribbon cable that connects battery power to main circuit board has came loose.

do you have more information about your player? Different chipsets play different types of videos, so it really depends what chipset your player has. You can also tell by the FIRMWARE version of your player as well.

well if u got the touch screen sylvania mp3 player (4gb) it tells u in the instruction manual to turn on the mp3 player go to settings and then system and then go to touch calibration ur suppose to do that thing with the crosses 3 times... like it shows u three arrows that u have to touch with the touch screen pen... your suppose to do that before using the mp3 player at all.... but whut im having troubles with is how to put games on to it......?????.......

My solution would b 2 download frostwire. dat used 2 happen 2 me on limewire but i got frostwire instead and its much better.i hope dis helped =)

a lil late, but here goes.............keep downloading your music via limewire.....now plug your mp3 to pc....go to my computer open the new drive (mp3)...also open the folder that has all your downloaded music in it...now copy & paste (or click & drag) from folder to mp3.....have fun....feel free to rate the help

Transfer these songs with supported software that came with MP3 player.
If its direct plug n play mp3 player, make sure that downloaded songs meet the standard of mp3 player requirements like sampling frequency is same as listed in mp3 player specifications.
