have you tried oiling it after you clean out all the dust and thread ends, you can take the feed dog plate off and clean under there as well. hope it helps

Good luck. I've never found anything reference to any online or hard copy for any Euro-Pro. You might try calling HSN or QVC whomever it was that sold these... and see if they can get you one.

I have the same problem; my euro-pro 7130 is also sewing in reverse only, and I cannot make it go forward. Did you find an answer?

There should be a release lever behind the foot area of the machine. OR is it stuck??

It's tricky. If you have your manual follow that. If not try to reverse how you took it out. It is difficult to say without diagrams.Just make sure the pointy bit fits snug in the right hand side and will move a little but not too much. sorry I can't be more help without actually showing you. If your manual doesn't say anything about oiling you don't have to. A lot of the newer machines do not call for oil and you could mess up your warranty if you use it.

So, turn it off and unplug the machine. Take your work out... Remove the bobbin cover... look for thread balls, knots, etc. Move the needle forward with the hand wheel. Does that feel normal? It might need adjusting and the check light and stop could be something to keep you from breaking the machine.

Your machine's timing is out. I know of no one that services these, but you might call around your area for a sewing machine tech... who knows you might get lucky. Linda: I don't want to seem mean or unpleasant, but I would seriously think about scrapping this machine and getting one that you can get parts for and help locally.
