Bobbin won't pick up stitch(thread)
Try a new needle, confirm needle is inserted correctly, needle flat side to back of machine. If still not needs timing, take to sewing machine tech.

My sewing machine wont sew. the bobbing wont move.
Make sure the bobbin is NOT overfilled. Make sure the thread leaves the bobbin in the appropriate groove and the CORRECT direction. Leave the right amount of thread out of the bobbin to start and follow the manual's suggestions
Hold the needla thread for a cycle and bring the bobbin thread up before sewing.

Problem adjusting tension when sewing. Could be
the bobbin tension should never need to be adjusted! however, it MIGHT need it, but highly unlikely. check which of them needs changing by sewing a dark thread onto a light piece of material (or vice versa). this makes it easier to see what's happening. any thread which is looped through to the other side is too loose. if a thread is stretched very tightly it needs to be slackened. try to adjust the reel tension first as this is usually the problem.

Rethreading Bobbin
this sounds like a short, which you will need to get out by someone who is electrically minded, or look in your local paper, or ask at your local sewing machine shop.

Singer 7422 beeps and all lights come on when peddle is pressed.
There are several sensors on this machine that just start causing the machine to malfunction for no apparent reason. One is one the bobbin winder, one on the buttonholer, and one under the machine which workd with the feed. It is far from an exact thing. If you can get to them, sometimes loosening them, moving them about then tightening them seems to 'fix' them. Sometimes not. Wish we could be more exact in explaination but sometimes we will move them repeatedly then they start working. It is hit and miss.

Cut thread in the middle of sewing.
The tension of the upper therad is too tight. loosen it by following the instr in the manual
or the upper thread is notspinning off the feel freely while sewing. Make sure the upper thread is not getting cought while sewing,
Ot the upper thread is incorrectly threaded, remove the thread and rethread the machine.
Good Luck.

Timing
take it a tech as it may be that hook needs re-timing or it may be that the timing belt has slipped a notch or 2.

Bobbin case pops out
Are you sure it is the correct bobbin case ? If it is check the spindle it slides onto and make sure there is not a bit of lint or cotton on there, this will cause it to not engage the locking latch correctly. Also is the bobbin is not the correct one, or is bent it will not lock in correctly. The other thing to do is put a drop of oild on the spindle the bobbin case slides onto.

How do I thread my Singer 7422?
I suggest you do a search on youtube on how to thread a sewing machine and choose a video showing a similar machine as there are really only about 3 basic types of machine as regards the threading.
Some of these instruction videos are very good and you will find it much easier than explanations. However-the important thing is that the thread must go between the tension discs by your tension regulator and do make sure you have a good need le in the machine, inserted correctly.

Bobbin case pops out wehen sewing.
The case probably has a scratch or a burr on it. Take it out of the machine and examine it for burrs or scratches. If you find some they can be removed with an emeryboard and then buffed with an SOS pad to make it very smooth.
When you put it back in the machine, thread the machine and sew by turning the wheel a few times before you actually begin sewing for real.
