Pump constantly on and won't fill
First check whether inlet water is OK. Just for a trial manually pour water in the wash chamber without overflowing, to avoid spillage on your floor.
Run a empty cycle. If it works & drains check the inlet flow up to the pump, inside the machine.
Have a LG dishwasher with a OE error. Took machine
The LG error code OE simply means "the pump is blocked". Presumably the water isn't being emptied properly. As with all error codes it is possible that there is a cause other than the exact description in the error code explanation but basically this error means as far as the washing machine is concerned it thinks the water isn't pumping out. A pump, or filter blockage is the most common cause but it could be caused by other faults such as a faulty pump, or even a blockage in the drain hose or somewhere else in the system etc.
LG themselves have some information on this error code..

Heated plug after about60 minuts and stop working
Open the front door panel and check to see if your wires have melted into the black spray on insulation. You need to free them and check to see if any are broken, if they are cut them, splice them back together. Then insert the wires into a cut bicycle tube and put the door back on. Try it and see if this fixes your problem. You are not the first to have this problem.
Door leaks when washing
One possible cause is that the latch has moved outward so the door is not closing all the way. There are usually 2 screws that hold the latching plate to the top of the tub, loosen those and reposition the latch towards the rear of the tub which will make the door close tighter.
hope this helps

Hi.
There are parts that must be tested.
Check heating element for continuity. Same on high limit thermostat located near to the element. Test fan by energizing.
Test the dryness sensor by jumping it.
The tests above must be done by a trained technician.
To contact a technician, get parts, or to get a quote on repair, call the number listed on the owners manual.

Hi
Thanks for using FixYa. Error OE in your LG
dishwasher is a drain error, which is displayed when the unit won’t drain out
in spite of 5 minutes drain operation. To resolve this issue you’ll need to
check the drain hose for any blockages, also check the wiring connection to the
pump. If still the issue is not resolved then you’ll have to replace the drain
pump/motor. Please do rate the solution if the issue is resolved or post a
comment for further assistance.
Thanks

No,if by seal you mean hose or pipe then thats just they way it's made. It's unfortunate the gunk collects on it.perhaps flushing the machine through with a quality dishwasher cleaner will help with this.

a simpilar solution to cleaning your dishwasher would be to pickup a product called affresh you can find at any home depot removes soap deposits and stagnant water smells if you trying to take the head off the sump try either a t-15 or a t-20 star drive
D/w doesn't dissolve deterg. & therefore not washing dishes
Do this test:
-Upgrade to a name brand detergent like Cascade or Electrosol.
-Do not over fill the dispenser cup
-Do not place large items near the door/near the dispenser cup.
-Make certain that both spray arms can spin freely after you load the dishwasher but before you close the door to begin the wash.
Please report back what you find, OK?
Bottom sprayer does not clean or work
Check the free rotation of the spray arm. If arm jets are clogged clean them.
After placing the dishes see to it that, the arm is freely rotating without any obstacles.
