Select that device and see if it asks for a KEY. If it does then you can look for a label on the speakers or google the model number.

On the Android Google cell phones, you can download an APP called WiFi Analyser. Perhaps iPhones have a similar APP available? Now you can see a display of all the WiFi traffic around you. With this choose the least busy channel. The next advice is to put the device on your LAN that does the WiFi in a clear space and high up in your premises.
