Replace Developer DV116, and use good quality toner. bad toners damages the Developer .

COF32 means the ATDC sensor has detected some unusually high or low readings.
The ATDC sensor measure the toner lever inside the developer unit.
Try swithcing on/off, open/close the front door to clear the code.
If this doesn't work, you'll need an engineer to reset the ATDC level.

Are you getting any warning on the Screen? Such as Error Code or Replace the waste toner Box etc.

Sir/Mam, Turn off the main power switch, ensure the sub power switch is on. The sub power switch is located on the right side of the control panel. Then holding down the Utility/Counter button turn the main power switch on. Close the front door you must keep the Utility button down. The screen will show TROUBLE RESET touch it sees a "OK" then power off the machine. YOU MUST WAIT TEN SECONDS BEFORE POWERING UP AGAIN!!!!!! If the problem goes away OK. If the code comes back, you need a Fusing unit Which will be expensive!!! Sorry :( DO NOT KEEP TRYING TO RESET THE MACHINE! THE MACHINE IS TELLING YOU THERE IS A PROBLEM!!!!! When the copier is on the network does the little leds flash at the network connection? ping the ip address of the copier what do you get. Go into admin mode on the copier network setting what is your ip address, subnet and gateway reading did you replace a router? now the network is one system and the copier was never told this new info? you might disconnect all power and reconnect to perform a power on reset. Then if the switch that detects the section is open or closed is working properly, then the circuit board that reads the switch is defective. Replace components as needed. the switch should be checked with a volt/ohm meter.

If utiity is not working first of all clean with some alcohol and if this does not make it work you have to change the display or just enter web utility and make all changes it is the same only if you have installed as a printer in network

Is there network card is installed in it, if yes then you can configure it with your network go to machine Manu in machine control panel and the in network settings here you can give the IP address and subnet mask after then reboot the machine.
If network card is no installed behind the machine then you can use its built-in USB or and parallel printer without NIC card.
