f8 is function 8 in the tech rep mode which is the atdcadjustment. to get into service mode go to utility>meters>details and press STOP,0,0,STOP,0,1. Then got into FUNCTION to find F8. If you are doing this because of an error code and/or maintenance you must first go into tech rep mode>counters>special parts counter> and reset drum life then power off machine, replace drum AND developer, restart and do the F8.

Has the developer been replaced along with the drum They are normally replaced as one. If not that is why it is coding out. If not with power off then on have tech come out and replace the developer and drum mite require the sensor in the developer cartridge mite be bad. I assume you mean light as in light copies of the original Turn off the machine. take out the toner bottle with it out (BE CARE HOLE MAY BE ON THE BOTTOM) turn on the machine let it do its thing when it asks for toner install the bottle correctly. If the small nub on the bottle is damage replace the bottle that nub is what the machine uses to turn the bottle if damaged then the bottle is not turning. Error code c2557 means "Auto Toner Density Control sensor abnormality" (ATDC)

Try doing a factory reset should return you back to your default settings and should remove any locks off of the IP address

Go to service mode, press utility button from the panel, now press " stop, 0,0, stop, 0,1, it will show service mode, now select shipment, in this option, select "Maintenance Counter" now in this option select, 0 and press ok.

To disable account tracking (ECM), perform the following: 1. Press Utility. 2. Select Admin. management. 3. Enter code. could be one of three: 12345678, 00000000, or 77777777 4. Select Admin. 1 5. Select Account/User Auth. 6. Select User Authentication ON/OFF. 7. Under Account Track select OFF.

to remove code "COF32" from your machine, simply change the developer with the new one. code will remove.

theres a check box in adobie that says print as image check that and it should speed up your printing tenfold other wise its sending each line increasing the size dramatically

okay to do a ram clear by where the network cable plugs into the machine there is a cover you can pull off under it is a black button push it with a pen if you dare xD resets everything to factory default
