Might want to have the developer replaced and drum/cleaning blade normally done all together, then run the F8 procedure/Developer Charge, and make sure the counters where cleared. Did you recently replace the drum and the developer if so did you clear the counters for the drum and developer, FIRST? IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. The copier works on the counters that is how it knows it got a new drum and developer. Get new developer and a new drum and have it installed correctly. Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the image unit/drum unit replace the developer/drum and cleaning blade. (DO NOT USE A VACUUM CLEANER WHEN REPLACING THE DEVELOPER static electricity can destroy the sensor located below the developer unit. Then reinstall and RUN F8/Developer Charge. Make sure the fax line and Ethernet cable is removed can't print anything until the F8 is run. Or you will start all over again with new developer and a new drum. open the right side door, you will see a shined belt do not touch especially the new one that is what put the image on the paper nick it or damage it in any way your prints and copies will reflect you mistake, in the machine you will see to handles at each end of the the belt, below them one screw each side. when you release the screws the two metal plate should come part way out do not yank be gental pull then grab both handles and pull /slide the unit out. if this is your first time might pull out the 4 drums to you dont nick them in installing the new unit, I must say I would pay the a tech to come do and have him show you all the things to look out four my opinion Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at https://www.6ya.com/expert/normanj_7893313f0751935f

You meet a Bizhub C-353 with a Code of C-C172, which is a problem that will require tech to look at. It deals with your control board and Non Volatile Memory which houses special info and counter information, it is either bad or the main board, hopefully the tech can come out and re flash the copier software, Or replace NVRAM chip, worse case the main board, he might check all the connectors on the boards for a loose connection or a bad pin, unless you want to that let say 50 connectors, any you might cause more problems worse case the tech say main board need to be replace, you can not get the software for the copier on line.
