Did someone leave a trash can or boxes under the output trays? To solve this problem requires removal of the rear cover of the finisher. Then remove the elevation drive motor assemble. Be careful don't want the output trays to fall!!!!!! Then while placing them in their proper position re seat the drive assy. The top tray should be just below the orange rollers (If they are cleaned) you will see several actuators the top tray has to just touch them. worse case the elevation drive motor burn out and took the control board with it. If after this procedure the code comes back do NOT RESET again you dealing with the fuser (hot Part) unit it can catch on fire that will ruin a perfectly good day, get a tech out and new fusing unit. 1. Turn OFF the main power switch. 2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key. 3. Touch [Trouble Reset]. 4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset. 5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.
