Directly below the drum is the transfer and separation ration unit. which houses two very, very thin gold plated wires the one on the right is the transfer wire which transfers the image off the drum on to the paper as the paper goes over the wire while the drum place the image on the paper. the second wire is separation wire which has an AC signal on it to prevent the paper from sticking to the drum. The second wire might be broken. Have it replaced best to have booth done at the same time since unit comes out? or the spring at rear of the unit are not making good electrical contacts. Ensure power is off. as they do carry High Voltage during the normal operation.

Low power code fuser not warm up properly

Code B116 Description Communication error with the fax board An undefined communication error occurs between the controller and the fax board. Remedy 1 Check the connector CN106 on MFPB for proper connection and correct as necessary. 2 Change FAXB. 3 Change MFPB. That error means a problem with the FAX Board. Now, checking connections or re-seating connections of fax board to main board are advised first, then replacing fax board if that fails.

Did you replace the main board if so the the small board on the main board does not match the info on the other board and you have a NV RAM error NVRAM stores the serial number counter info very important info. Did you have the firmware (Copiers Operating system) NOT DRIVERS updated??????? Do this step 1. If it occurred after upgrading the Firmware, conduct the following setting. [Service Mode] ? [Sate Confirmation] ? [Memory/HDD Adj.] ? [HDD Version Up] If not do this: 2. Turn OFF the main power switch and turn it ON again, and conduct the following setting. [Service Mode] ? [System 1] ? [Initialization] ? [Data Clear]. IF not reformat the hard drive, or replace it. you need to load the proper firmware. do you have a card that you can load the firmware onto? i can load the software on a card and send it to you if needed....

Thermisters / Heat Sensors abnormality. Replace the thermisters, in order to get rid of this problem permanently.
