no the fuser does not have ink in it its jobs is to use heat and pressure to fuse ink/toner to the paper so you cant wipe it off

You replaced the MFB board? next is check each connector one at a time remove each connector from the boards and check the connector on the board there might be a bent pin,

Secondly, have a tech come out and re-flash the firmware on the machine, firmware is not available on line as it is the property of Konica Minolta so only dealers and KMBS have access via secure web server

Turn off the main power switch, ensure the sub power switch is on. The sub power switch is located on the right side of the control panel. Then holding down the Utility/Counter button turn the main power switch on. Close the front door you must keep the Utility button down. The screen will show TROUBLE RESET touch it sees a "OK" then power off the machine. YOU MUST WAIT TEN SECONDS BEFORE POWERING UP AGAIN!!!!!! If the problem goes away OK. If the code comes back, you need a Fusing unit/ High Current Device for the fusing unit. Which will be expensive!!! Sorry :( DO NOT KEEP TRYING TO RESET THE MACHINE! THE MACHINE IS TELLING YOU THERE IS A PROBLEM!!!!! A Fire could occur and that would ruin a perfectly good day!!!!

Recommended you have a technician come out to re flash the copier operating system (NOT printer driver). But the software that runs the copier, It is located at a secure web site at Konica Minlota, any firmware is access able to dealerships and KMBS only..They like to protect there copier Operating Systems.

Something is blocking the LASER writing to the cyan drum, requires removing the cyan image unit and opening the protective cover of the LASER to clean the glass that it comes out of NO its not on with the image unit out and door open

Sir, You have a registration error , which will require removable of the transfer belt and cleaning of the sensors below the transfer belt, recommended a tech do it, unless you know what your doing

you don't replace the drum you replace the image unit as a whole
