Be care that the trays don't go crashing to the bottom. Recommend a technician do this. On a bizhub 165 it's a fault with the sucktion fan motor so check to see if turning and replace if needed. If this does not fix print control board might need replacing.

Fuser not getting warm enough, first check if there is paper wrapped around the upper fuser roller, if so remove it and reboot the machine.If this is not your problem then your thermistor inside the fuser unit needs to be replaced

open the right side cover of machine, look at its drum unit, check it have lines on it or not? if not, then open the cover of fixing unit (heater section) and check the lines are there or not.if lines are there then replace that unit.if lines are on the drum unit then replace the drum unit. if both of the units are fine and have no problem with them, then ask your technical service representative to service (preventive maintenance) of the machine.

Check your default paper settings in your setup menu. Also, check the paper size is set correctly on you paper trays for the type of paper that is in them. Make sure that the documents that you are printing are set to proper paper size that is in your printer. All the issues, will cause this condition plus some.
