CLEAR DRUM UNIT COUNTER IN BIZHUB 200
Service mode, but if you clear the counter without replacing the drum image problems and code can appear on the machine. Machine bases certain voltages on certain assy's. for example drum and developer based on what the counter says because that is the only way the copier knows it got a new drum and or developer.. How do i print a # 10 business envelope with the bizhub c200
First recommended that you use the bypass tray on the right side, also before placing the envelope in the bypass tray send the print job over first, the screen will say replenish paper then go ahead and place the envelope on the tray. and let it take it or hit the start button Ensure you select #10 commercial media and bypass tray in your print driver preferences. May also want to have tech come out and look at the tray and run MAX and Min. Adjustments. Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at

Bizhub 423 c1183 error code
id someone leave a trash can or boxes under the output trays? To solve this problem requires removal of the rear cover of the finisher. Then remove the elevation drive motor assemble. Be careful don't want the output trays to fall!!!!!! Then while placing them in their proper position re seat the drive assy. The top tray should be just below the orange rollers (If they are cleaned) you will see several actuators the trays has to just touch them.

Devloper reset code
Has the developer been replaced? If not reset code for developer without replacing the developer is not good. Because the copier works based on the counters. If you reset the counter with out replacing the require item the copier will adjust certain voltages to certain items such as the drum and developer system as those there are new because you reset the counters when in fact he developer is old and so mite be the drum which can cause codes and image problems. If the developer was replaced where the counters cleared and was the required F8 checked run? Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at

HOW CAN I REMOVE C2557 ERROR CODE FOR MY BIZHUB
Have you had the developer and drum replaced or does the screen say Replace PC Drum? . Might want to have the developer replaced and drum/cleaning blade normally done all together, then run the F8 procedure and make sure the counters where cleared Did you recently replace the drum and the developer if so did you clear the counters for the drum and developer. IF not then the copier thinks the new drum and new developer are old. Copier works on the counters that how it know it got a new drum and developer. Get new develop and new drum and have it installed correctly, Counters are clear before the unit is yanked out of the machine, then you remove the image unit/drum unit replace the developer/drum and cleaning blade. (DO NOT USE AVACUUM CLEANER WHEN REPLACING THE DEVELOPER static electricity can destroy the sensor located below the developer unit. Then reinstall and RUN F8. Make sure the fax line and Ethernet cable is removed can't print anything until the F8 is run. Or you start over with new developer and new drum
