You can go to
www.google.com/restore account
and when asked put down you can't remember your account, and they will ask you some verification questions. After you've verified your information they will give you your account information. Even if you don't know your email or password, they can find your account. Then you will be able to access your phone .
Hope this helps.

First switch on bluetooth (settings---bluetooth). Start > Settings > Communications
and Add new Bluetooth headset. htc will search
bluetooth headsets and find it. it will ask you to enter bluetooth
passcode, usually it is 0000. then finished and you have paired
Bluetooth headset with HTC
There is a switch inside your headphone jack. When you plug your headphone in it moves and breaks connection telling the phone that the headphones are plugged in. Try plugging and unplugging a headset to see if it frees this switch up. If not you may have a malfunctioning switch.
Also, turn off bluetooth if it is on...it might be hooked up to a bluetooth headset if you have one.
I suggest you can approach Mobileunlocksolutions.com and specify the country, locked network of HTC HD7 .Based on the availability you can get the permanent unlock service and for free unlock instructions visit Mobileunlockguide.com
On which step it wants the previous Google account info? Can you create a new Google account to replace the previous one? Go to Settings > Account&Sync, add your own account and delete the previous one.
Let me know if it works.
Good luck~
First try dialing *228 or *22890 to insure you phone is up to date. This will automatically program it. Next turn it off then back on. If you still have no data then you need to get a hold of straight talk. There is a chat feature on their website that i have had better success with than the phone number.
