This was a hard driver to find, seems that Vivi didn't support it. But here is a link to the driver:

Hi and welcome to FixYa.

1) What is telling you there is a problem? Is it part of the installer, or is it your operating system? Is the problem showing up at the beginning of the installation, or at the end...or after you have installed the software?
2) What operating system are you using? Is your software compatible with your operating system? I'm going to assume that you are running XP because that is the operating system this camera/software can run on.
3) Are you able to connect your camera to your computer via the USB cable (without the software) turn it on, and go to My Computer to see if it's listed in the removeable drives? Let me know.
