Do not use alkaline batteries. Buy NiMH rechargables and keep a couple of sets on hand fully charges. ViviCam's eat alkalines alive!

To get long batter life, use NiMH batteries. I had a VivCam a while back and it was a pig when using alkalines (not recommended). Get a couple of sets and a charger at Walmart or your favorite store (buy NiMH type!).

Green hue: This could be because of a dirty lens or a setting for picture quality if your camera has this. With long lenses it could be an issue of chromatic abberation but most likey not the case on a small camera unless the lens are not coated well.

I don't see the CD on the web. But why would you want it? Just plug your camera into your computer and look for it in My Computer. Drag your photos to My Pictures or wherever you would like them to be. Don't let some organizer put your photos in some unknown location!

well it depends on how your camera is set on. if you have one of those scroll thingysz look for the picture icon if you do not then go to menu and it should be up there

basically if you are using xp or vista... you just have to plug the camera into a usb port and it's plug and play.

There is an alternate way of downloading images from the memory card from the camera.
Get a USB memory card reader, remove the memory card from the camera, insert it into the card reader, then plug the card reader into the USB port of your computer. You will now see card reader as an external memory device, open the folder and copy your photos onto your hard drive.
