I have a Frigidaire stove showing a default code f31

The F31 error code indicates a shorted oven temperature sensor probe or a shorted sensor circuit. The normal troubleshooting for this type of failure involves unplugging the range and checking the resistance of the oven temperature sensor probe using a volt/ohm meter. The normal resistance of this probe at room temperature is about 1100 ohms. If the sensor measures less than 500 ohms, it will need to be replaced. If the sensor appears to be okay, you can check the wiring (with the range still unplugged) between the probe and the ERC (Electronic Range Control board). A wiring failure could also cause this problem. NOTE: You should only access and check internal range components if you are completely confident in your technical ability to safely perform the process. Internal metal edges in the range can be sharp. Protective gloves are recommended. If you are not able to find a problem with the probe or the wiring, then you could have a failed electronic range control (ERC) board. Replacing the temperature probe may fix this problem if the wiring is okay. If you replace the probe and still have a problem, then it is likely that the ERC control board will need to be replaced.

The clock is working on my frigidaire stove; the lights are working, but none of the stove elements or oven is working. What's the problem?

You most likely only have 110 volts going to unit. It takes 220 for everything to work.
