Your F11 error code is displayed below. It would be best to have the unit serviced by a professional for this type of fix as if not performed properly, the fix could end up costing over $500.00.

F11
Shorted Keypad.

1. (F11, 12 & 13) Disconnect power, wait 30 seconds and reapply power.
2. (F11, 12 & 13) If fault returns upon power-up, replace EOC.

EOC = Electric Oven Controller

If you are referring to how to attach the appliance power cord, the following link explains how:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r3575913-installing_a_220_vac_appliance_cord

Pay particular attention to how the Ground and Neutral wires are terminated on the 3 and 4 prong configurations. Depending on which type of power cord you have, there is a difference in how these wires are terminated.

If you have any questions, please post back and let me know. I hope this helps you.

a problem with oven sensor or the wireing to it

Hi william_j522,

the F13 error is related to the clock. this error can occur when the clock looses communication between the keypad or any of the sensor in the stove, including the heat probe. sometimes resetting the power will fix the problem.

try disconnecting power to the stove completely and flip the corresponding breaker on and off on the breaker box.
wait 30 seconds and than turn everything back on.
if the problem returns after power-up, replace the clock.

Regards
R.K.

Due to the cost of parts on this range, I would call an engineer. $310 for the oven control board, $400 for the 2 elements.

The only thing I would suggest is checking the contacts at the back of the back panel. you must have checked the element contacts when you did the continuity test. I have seen contacts get hot and snap off.
