Having problems with AEG dishwasher-tablet not dissolving..

open the door when in cycle and check both spray arms are rotating. you will get a bit of water out but not a lot. if arms not rotating, then this is caused usually by rubbish in the spray arm jets so clean them. also check water is being heated

No hot water

If there is no hot water it could be (a) the heating element has gone or (b) the switching system has failrd somewhere - probably a relay or (c) the circuit card has gone (expensive)

We dont know how 2 turn it on just moved house n

Looks like what you need is available at

http://www.serviceforce.co.uk/pdfs/U20206.pdf

Good luck with the new house. Hope the dishwasher works well for you.

Try to run it with dishwasher cleaning kit (no utensils) to make sure everything is clean - that way you will get more life out of it. The cleaning kit (usually Finish) is sold in the supermarket in the detergent section.

My AEG 18 in. Favorit 54750Vi has stopped working.

If for any reason (water leak)the anti flood device at the bottom of the washer is triggered it automatically stops the inlet of water via inlet solinoid and puts the washer in pump out mode. Check the float (polystireene plate with micro switch at the bottom of the washer). Dry any water and determine the reason for water and this should let water in again.

Hi our dishwasher goes through its cycle but does

Hi

Thanks for using FixYa. First of all please check the Water temperature by using a thermometer inside the dishwasher to measure the water temp. It should be as close to 125 degree F to 140 degree F as possible. Now try using the temperature boost feature if your dishwasher is equipped with this cycle feature and check if this will help your wash ability issues.

Now check the Powder soap by making sure that you store your soap in a dry environment and it is not stale and clumping together. Possibly try a different detergent like a liquid or gel. Also, make sure the dishes are loaded properly, or dishwasher is not overloaded.

To check the proper filling dishwasher will fill with water up to and around the heating element. If water is more below the heating element, you may have low water pressure or a problem with the fill valve. Try & listen if it sounds like it is spraying the water around with enough pressure.
For low water pressure, try to clean the screen at the entrance of the fill valve, sometimes the fill valve can fail and not allow the proper water into the dishwasher and may need to be replaced. And, check the spray arm and pump cover for splits or leaks. Also make sure that the water is draining and is not accumulated in the dishwasher, if it is in dishwasher then check for clogged drain hoses and drain pump.

Low water fills are a very common trouble maker with today's dishwasher.

Please do rate this solution and revert for further assistance.

Thanks
Rylee

AEG F34300VI0 Integrated Dishwasher just keeps running?

Question edited for clarity. It is likely to be a control board issue. They are expensive, so call for diagnostics and service. The reason the dishes aren't clean is because it is stuck on wash, so there is no draining and rinses. This machine has some history! https://www.google.com/search?q=aeg+f34300vi0+dishwasher+keeps+running ..

AEG FAVORIT 35085 Vi dishwasher Beeps 5 times and stops

If your AEG FAVORIT 35085 Vi dishwasher beeps five times and stops halfway through a wash cycle, there could be a few potential causes for this issue. One possibility is that there is a problem with the water supply, such as a clogged or partially blocked inlet valve. Another potential issue could be related to the drainage system, such as a clogged filter or a malfunctioning drain pump. It's also worth checking if the dishwasher's spray arms are spinning freely and not obstructed by any debris. If the problem persists, it is recommended to consult the dishwasher's manual or contact AEG's customer support for further assistance. They can provide specific troubleshooting steps and guidance based on your dishwasher's model and any error codes that may be displayed.

The anti flood device has activated on my AEG dishwasher????

If the anti-flood device has activated on your AEG dishwasher, it means that water has leaked into the base of the dishwasher and triggered the safety device. The anti-flood device is designed to prevent water damage to your home and shut off the water supply to the dishwasher. To resolve this issue, you will need to locate the source of the leak and fix it. Here are the steps you can take:
  1. Turn off the dishwasher and unplug it from the power outlet.
  2. Disconnect the dishwasher from the water supply and move it away from the wall.
  3. Check the inlet hose, outlet hose, and drainage hose for any cracks, damage, or loose connections. Tighten any loose connections and replace any damaged hoses.
  4. Check the dishwasher door and gasket for any damage or debris that may prevent it from closing properly.
  5. Check the dishwasher's interior for any leaks, such as a cracked spray arm or a damaged pump.
  6. Once you have fixed the leak, you can reset the anti-flood device by tilting the dishwasher to one side to allow the water to drain out of the base. Then, level the dishwasher and plug it back in.
If you are unable to identify or fix the leak, it is recommended to call a professional technician for assistance.
