This a repair forum, you need to deal with manufacture. If you look on the instructions that came with unit, the warranty info is there and the place to return it.

Is the little ultrasonic disk clean, or is there hard scale on it? If there are hardened deposits on the disk they will stop it from vibrating. Be careful not to damage it by scraping or digging with a tool. I have found that the best way to clean it is with a Waterpik, turned all the way up.
