#8 7/16 SPIN-TYPE DRIVER REMOVES FAN NUT
#9 CARE....WASHER ON OTHER SIDE OF FAN
#10 PUT FAN IN SOAP& WATER ....TAKE YOUR TIME
Need to clean
The fan uses security fasteners to prevent dis-assembly. To clean the fan, disconnect power from fan and use compressed air to remove dust.
Fan wont work. instead it
OH, NO. It gone south faster than Willy the Coyota trying to catch the Wild Road
Runner. It's kaput, finny, it died, Don't throw it way. Please recycle it,
copper is $3.25 per/lb, brass is $1.85 per/lb.
If you don't fill like stripping this China made Stanley Blower. There are
charitable organization; such as, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Church's, recycling
centers, etc. Sorry. GB you....stewbison
How do I take apart the 655702
- very simple
- grab a philips screwdriver and a pair of pliers
- unsrew the three main screws holding it together. one on the carrying handle and the two screws at the feet of the fan
- pull of the outer shell
- you will see the fan filter
- use your pliers and unsrew the nut right on the center of the filter
- pull out the filter.
- begin taking out all that dust
- put everything back together and you have a WAY CLEANER FAN :D
