Lexar JumpDrive S73 - USB flash drive - 16 GB - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Cannot format s73 jumpdrive
If using a PC, considering you have the USB driver installed (perform windows update first and install any suggested/required updates), plug in the flash drive, open the windows explorer, locate the flash drive, right mouse click on the name of the drive, a window should appear and select format with a left button click to execute.
How do I open a flash drive?
They are not designed to be user serviced so they only way to open them would be to pry the case apart making sure to avoid putting pressure on the circuit board connected to the USB plug.
The parameter is incorrect
Try putting hard drive into another computer as a slave then format it ,that should cure it dont forget to change the little switch thingy from master to slave though
Lexar USB stick use to
Usually this is and issue with the usb host to pci bus driver check the support website for a new one. PS usb 2.0 function usually doesn't just stop working on the flash drive itself

The computer see the Lexar as a external storage device.
Just click on My Computer and you will see the Lexar as a E drive or some other drive letter. Double click on this to open the drive. You can create folders on this drive and copy and paste files to this drive or to the folders just like copying and deleting files on the C drive.

My Employer Says They Are Going To Cut My Wages. Can They?
If you are in the middle of a contract, then cutting your wages is almost certainly a violation of your employment law rights. While I am by no means an expert on this matter, I did have a similar issue years ago - mid-contract wage cuts - and I hired an
employment attorney to fight the case on my behalf. It turned out that my employer was basically looking to scare people into taking the wage cut.
They got into some pretty serious legal trouble for their transgression, and nothing happened to me in terms of wage cuts after that. If you are between contracts, your employer can re-negotiate your salary, but as far as I am aware, if you are in an agreed-upon contract, they cannot just decide to reduce your salary. If you want to settle matters, contest this action with support from a legal professional.
